How to submit a complaint
Please send your name, contact details, and summary of concern to clients@vorpalonkhim.world. You may also contact us by phone on +44 20 8189 6604.
Response stages
We acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a substantive response within 15 business days where practical.
Escalation
If you believe your concern has not been addressed, please request escalation in writing. We will review the case internally with an additional response window.
Records and data protection
Complaint records are retained only as long as necessary for review, legal compliance, and service improvement, consistent with UK GDPR principles.
