Cancellation timeline

Cancellation requests made at least 48 hours before a booked session are generally eligible for a full refund. Later requests are reviewed case by case.

Rescheduling options

Where feasible, participants may reschedule to another available morning group within 30 days of the original booking date.

How to request a return

Send your booking reference, session date, and request reason to clients@vorpalonkhim.world. We confirm review steps by email.

Processing period

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Consumer and data rights

Nothing in this policy affects statutory rights under UK consumer law. Return-related data is handled under UK GDPR principles and retained only as needed for compliance and recordkeeping.
